The ISML Primary Care Support Team (formerly the Practice Support Team) aims to provide local practices with a model of coordinated support which includes all members of the general practice team - general practitioners, nurses, practice managers and administration staff.

This 'team' approach to the delivery of ISML support services ensures general practitioners and all members of the general practice team have access to information and resources to assist in their roles.

The ISML Primary Care Support Team is comprised of Linda Blackmore (Manager), Kathy Lymbery, Melanie Cousins, Lisa Girdo, and Chris Jones (Allied Health). This team aims to directly assist practices within the areas of:
