National Health Service Directory
Overview
The National Health Call Centre Network is developing a National Health Services Directory (NHSD), on behalf of all Australian governments. Public access to the NHSD is planned for July 2012.
The NHSD is intended to be a consolidated and comprehensive directory of national health services and provider information, crossing all jurisdictions, both public and private. For more information on this development please refer to the overview.
The ISML is required to assist in the development of the NHSD relevant to our region, including making sure that information is kept up-to-date plus adding new information as data sets expand. For more information please refer to: What role will Medicare Locals play in developing the NHSD?
