headspace Illawarra Youth Health Centre is a new place specifically for young people aged 12-25yrs where you can find out about healthy living and link in with groups and services in the community that focus on your wellbeing. For the times when things aren�t going so great in your life, you can get help from people who care about and are sensitive to your needs and are experts in their field. If you are having difficulty dealing with your emotions, are feeling depressed or anxious, or need someone to talk to about drinking or taking other kinds of drugs, or anything else going on in your life, there are a range of people, including youth workers, legal advisers, counselors and psychologists who can help. At headspace you will also be able to see a doctor for any kind of health issue. All these people will be working together to support you.
